Once you have chosen your category of Leaseback, you have got two options to subscribe to our services:
- You can ask the property's vendor to include in the selling price the equivalent of three years of Tax-Assistance's Leaseback service's fees. This way, you will be able to finance it through your mortgage and you don't pay anything more for our services for 3 years.
- You can also pay as you go on a monthly basis. You just pay a deposit the first year, corresponding to the legal fees to the start-up your Leaseback then you pay each month the rest of the annual fee.
Tax Assistance Service to LMNP
- Declare the start of the activity to the local Tax Center,
- Selection of the option regarding the tax status with VAT and income tax return,
- Tax mandate for non-resident property owners to get the VAT refund following the purchase,
- Monthly Book-kepping (Optional),
- VAT declaration each trimester,
- Prepare and submit the year-end accounts (balance sheet...) to the interested french legal institutions. Outsourced to a chartered accountant (Optional),
- Prepare and submit the income tax return, professional tax return and other taxes in connection with the property.
Option1 "Pay as you go"
- First year fees: Deposit of 380€ then 45€/month
- Annual fees from the second year: 49€/month
Option 2 "Pay it through the mortgage"
- One shot payment for 3 years of services: 1999€
Tax Assistance Service to LMP: Private Person
- Registering the LMP activity at the French Businesses and Companies Registry Administration. (RCS: Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés),
- Selection of the option regarding the tax status with VAT and income tax return,
- Tax representation for non-resident property owners to get the VAT refund following the purchase,
- Monthly Book-kepping,
- VAT declaration each trimester,
- Prepare and submit the year-end accounts (balance sheet...) to the interested french legal institutions. Outsourced to a chartered accountant,
- Prepare and submit the income tax return, professional tax return and other taxes in connection with the property.
Option1 "Pay as you go"
- First year fees: Deposit of 770€ then 65€/month
- Annual fees from the second year: 65€/month
Option 2 "Pay it through the mortgage"
- One shot payment for 3 years of services: 3,110€

- Draft the Company's Memorandum,
- Registering the LMP activity at the French Businesses and Companies Registry Administration. (RCS: Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés),
- Selection of the option regarding the tax status with VAT and income tax return,
- Tax representation for non-resident property owners to get the VAT refund following the purchase,
- Monthly Book-kepping,
