Once you have chosen your category of Leaseback, you have got two options to subscribe to our services:
- You can ask the property's vendor to include in the selling price the equivalent of three years of Tax-Assistance's Leaseback service's fees. This way, you will be able to finance it through your mortgage and you don't pay anything more for our services for 3 years.
- You can also pay as you go on a monthly basis. You just pay a deposit the first year, corresponding to the legal fees to the start-up your Leaseback then you pay each month the rest of the annual fee.
